Cookies
This website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings page. For a full description of the cookies we use, please see the cookie notice that appears on your first visit to this site.
Affiliate Links
Where a link on this site points to a book on Amazon.ca or Amazon.com, it is an affiliate link. If you follow one and then buy something, Amazon may pay me a small commission. The price you pay is the same either way, and none of the free materials on this site — the datasets, the replication code, the statistical tables, the worked solutions — require a purchase of anything.
Following such a link takes you to Amazon, where Amazon may set a cookie recording that your visit came from here. That cookie is set by Amazon, on Amazon's own site, and is governed by Amazon's privacy notice rather than by this policy. This site sets no cookie of its own for this purpose and runs no third-party advertising or tracking script in order to make the links work.
What I receive from Amazon is a periodic report of totals — items ordered, commissions earned. It does not identify individual buyers, and I have no way to tell who followed a link or what any particular person bought.
